Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• State licensure required for independent practice.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• CPI certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driver safety training expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care, discharge planning for assigned patients.
• Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Provide specialized therapies such as EMDR and trauma-focused interventions.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and participate in multidisciplinary team.
• Offer on-call coverage as needed and document sessions accurately.
