Job summary

Association for Individual Development in Dekalb, IL is seeking an experienced QMHP therapist to provide case management and counseling to adults and children with persistent mental illness. Services occur onsite and in community settings; you will collaborate with a team to meet client needs.

Requires a Master’s degree, license preferred (LPC or LSW), and at least 1 year of behavioral health experience. Schedule Tue-Fri 8:00-6:30 with two evening shifts; salary is $26.75 hourly; full-time

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field required.
• LPC or LSW license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled work hours including evenings.
• Provide individual, couples, & family counseling.
• Complete clinical assessments meeting program funders' requirements.
• Refer clients for community-based case management services as needed.
• Provide case management services as medically necessary.
• Complete required documentation (IM+CANS, encounters, consents).
• Meet minimum service provision and billing standards.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings.
• Abide by AID's Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain professional judgment and respect diverse clients.
