Association for Individual Development seeks a QMHP therapist to provide case management and counseling to adults and children, in onsite and home-based settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs and ensure quality care.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in a human services field and at least 1 year in behavioral health. Evening hours and local travel are expected; eligibility for LPC or LSW licensing is preferred.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8-6:30pm, must be able to work 2 evenings per week
Therapist QMHP are responsible for the provision of case management and counseling services to both adults and children/adolescents who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Services are provided in family and individual treatment settings with both adult and children/adolescents. Services are offered both onsite and, in the community/client home. Therapists are expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to ensure that all needs of clients are met.

Education: Master’s degree in a human services field
License/certifications: License preferred (LPC or LSW)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
Physical: Navigation of stairs on a regular basis; Tolerance of unkempt home conditions of clients
