Association for Individual Development in Dekalb, IL is seeking an experienced QMHP therapist to provide case management and counseling to adults and children with persistent mental illness. Services occur onsite and in community settings; you will collaborate with a team to meet client needs.
Requires a Master’s degree, license preferred (LPC or LSW), and at least 1 year of behavioral health experience. Schedule Tue-Fri 8:00-6:30 with two evening shifts; salary is $26.75 hourly; full-time
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8-6:30pm, must be able to work 2 evenings per week
Therapist QMHP are responsible for the provision of case management and counseling services to both adults and children/adolescents who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Services are provided in family and individual treatment settings with both adult and children/adolescents. Services are offered both onsite and, in the community/client home. Therapists are expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to ensure that all needs of clients are met.

Education: Master’s degree in a human services field
License/certifications: License preferred (LPC or LSW)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
Physical: Navigation of stairs on a regular basis; Tolerance of unkempt home conditions of clients
