Job summary

Association for Individual Development seeks a QMHP therapist to provide case management and counseling to adults and children, in onsite and home-based settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs and ensure quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a human services field and at least 1 year in behavioral health. Evening hours and local travel are expected; eligibility for LPC or LSW licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• LPC or LSW license preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health.
• Ability to navigate stairs and adapt to client home conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled work hours including evenings.
• Provide individual, couples, & family counseling.
• Complete clinical assessments per program funder rules.
• Refer clients for community-based case management.
• Provide case management as medically necessary.
• Complete required documentation on time.
• Meet minimum service provision/billing standards.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings.
• Abide by the organization's Code of Ethics and policies.
• Promote diversity awareness among clients and staff.
