Job summary

Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company delivering PHP and IOP services onsite in Andover, MA. We are seeking a Clinical Therapist who is either Pre-Licensed or Fully Licensed to join our dedicated team.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents in PHP/IOP populations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians to ensure seamless care. On-site schedule follows Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in MA (LMHC/LMHC Eligible, LCSW or LICSW).
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessment within identified time frames and with appropriate thoroughness and scoring while consulting with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews determining length of stay and level of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues while building supportive relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
