Independence Rehab is a therapist-owned company seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join The Residency at Northfield in Scottsbluff, NE. You will provide geriatric, one-on-one care with clinical autonomy and ethical practice in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in Nebraska.
• Experience with geriatric care and SNF is a plus.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents.
• Design and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support patient care.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to PTA team members.
