Independence Rehab Inc. seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support geriatric clients at Everett and Bethany at Pacific. You will focus on mobility, balance, and functional training under supervision, helping residents regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest in geriatric care and functional outcomes.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Split time between Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific.
• Lead gait, balance, strengthening, and functional training sessions.
• Assist residents with mobility milestones and safe transfers.
• Collaborate closely with PTs, nurses, OT and speech for holistic recovery.
• Support patients and families with compassionate, person-centered care.
