Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Denver Springs is seeking a licensed therapist to join our compassionate team. The role focuses on assessing psychosocial needs, developing collaborative treatment plans, and providing counseling to patients and families dealing with mental health challenges.

You will connect patients with community resources, advocate for equitable care, and participate in a comprehensive benefits program while supporting a mission to make communities healthier.

Qualifications

• Current LMSW/LCSW/LPC license and Master's degree from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services (support groups, housing assistance).
• Advocate for patients' rights and equitable care within the healthcare system.

Whatwe'relooking for

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW, LPC license andpossessa Master's degree from an accredited school.Additionalrequirements include:
