NAFI Connecticut, Inc. is seeking a passionate Therapist to deliver intensive community-based treatment for Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior.

The MST PSB Therapist collaborates with families and schools to implement safety plans and oversees 3x/week sessions in the community. You will work across Manchester, Middletown, Willimantic, and Norwich, receive specialized MST training, and participate in ongoing supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
• CT licensure is required: LPCA/LPC, LMFTA/LMFT, LMSW/LCSW

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain a positive, strength-focused outlook.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to achieve work-life balance with evening availability.
• Work around caregiver schedules; ensure regular evening sessions.
• Provide services across multiple regions using the Agency Vehicle (Manchester, Middletown, Willimantic, Norwich).
• Time management to meet with families 3x/week (12 sessions weekly).
• Engage in ongoing supervision and trainings to support professional growth.
• Communicate with schools, DCF, Juvenile Probation and other agencies.
