Job summary

NAFI Connecticut seeks a passionate Therapist to deliver intensive community-based treatment for Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior. You will work with families to implement safety plans, guide treatment phases, and provide psychoeducation on boundaries, under MST PSB adaptation.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll receive specialized training and ongoing supervision, conducting sessions in-person in homes or community locations within multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• CT licensure is required: LPCA/LPC, LMFTA/LMFT, LMSW/LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain a positive, strength-based approach.
• Deliver MST-PSB therapy to families 3x/week with a caseload target of 12 sessions weekly.
• Coordinate care across agencies (DCF, Juvenile Probation, schools) and communicate with families.
• Document in the Electronic Health Record promptly and participate in supervision.
