Centerstone seeks a full-time on-site Therapist in Springfield, MO to deliver individual, family and group counseling using evidence-based practices. The role includes clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, PCPs, case managers, and community resources.

You will participate in crisis intervention, safety planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings while promoting client-centered care and recovery across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and utilize electronic health records.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and community resources.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and crisis intervention/safety planning.
• Engage clients in person-centered treatment and monitor progress to support recovery.
