Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Therapist for an Adult Residential SUD Program in St. Charles, MO.

You will provide individual, family, and group counseling to adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, evidence-based interventions, and telehealth or in-person services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, or LMFT.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, assessments, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services for adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and best practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and trauma-informed/co-occurring disorder interventions.
• Collaborate with medical providers and treatment team for coordinated care.
