Job summary

BBH Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a Clinical Provider - Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinate care to support recovery and well-being.

This full-time role offers telehealth options where appropriate, collaborative multidisciplinary care, and a commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in person or via telehealth.
• Complete assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, and co-occurring disorder services based on client needs.
• Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, internal departments, and referral partners to coordinate care and service authorizations.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets agency, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
