BBH Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a Clinical Provider - Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy on our outpatient team. You will assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care including trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder services.

This role involves crisis response, coordination with treatment teams and referral partners, and meticulous documentation to support recovery, resilience, and long-term

Qualifications

• Provide individual therapy to clients.
• Deliver group therapy sessions.
• Conduct family therapy when appropriate.
• Ability to respond to crises with safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in person or via telehealth.
• Complete assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care for clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and referral partners to coordinate care and authorizations.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation meeting standards.
