Job summary

Centerstone is a national nonprofit behavioral health system. We are seeking a qualified clinician to provide assessment, therapy, and case management within a structured program.

You will build rapport with clients, conduct diagnostic assessments, and document promptly while delivering individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field with license-eligibility; clinical experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy; license-eligible preferred.
• Or Master's with 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling or related behavioral health coursework.
• Clinical experience required; internship/practicum in behavioral health settings acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic rapport with clients and meet scheduled sessions.
• Diagnose provisional conditions and assess risk, including substance use.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions.
• Provide individual (and possibly family) therapy for substance use issues.
• Develop, write, implement, evaluate, and revise treatment goals and plans.
• Apply empirically based modalities to address mental health or substance use disorders.
• Complete progress notes per agency guidelines; respond to urgent care needs.
• Alert supervisor to issues affecting program or organization.
