Beacon Behavioral Partners in Opelousas, LA, is seeking a clinical administrative coordinator to support the IOP. The role balances administrative coordination with empathetic client interaction to ensure smooth intake and ongoing therapy engagement.

You will review assessments, schedule appointments, and maintain confidential records while assisting the clinical team in delivering timely, quality care.

Competenze

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field with licensure as LMSW, LCSW, or LPC.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a therapist or counselor where applicable.
• Experience conducting client assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Mansioni

• Review intake assessments to gather client history, presenting issues, and treatment goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments between clients and therapists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for established clients, providing information about outpatient services and inquiries.
