Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient seeks a Therapist II to provide individual, family and group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization setting. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and licensure (LMSW or LPC) in Michigan, with at least 4 years of mental health experience.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, develop treatment plans, and document progress while engaging families and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Must hold LMSW or LPC in good standing within Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with clients with mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
• Maintains accurate documentation reflecting client progress and treatment plans.
• Engages with clients, families, and referral partners to support care continuity.
