Pasadena Villa Outpatient seeks an Associate Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care from admission through discharge.

Under supervision of licensed therapists, you will conduct group and individual sessions, document progress, and participate in ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
