Pasadena Villa Outpatient in McLean, VA is seeking an Experienced Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team under licensed supervision.

Requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and a provisional VA license, with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field and VA provisional license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• Demonstrated ethics, collaboration, and clinical excellence in outpatient care.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates group and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program.
• Completes session notes, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports per guidelines.
• Maintains documentation reflecting ongoing assessments of client presentation.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Addresses clients, families, and external partners with empathy and professionalism.
