Pasadena Villa Outpatient Pittsburgh seeks an Associate Therapist to provide individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization program. Under supervision of licensed clinicians, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care across the treatment team.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, and a provisional PA license with at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional clinical license in good standing in PA.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Associate Therapists provide individual, family and group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care across the treatment team.
• Complete session notes, discharge plans, and reports per guidelines.
