Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient, part of the Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare Network, seeks an Associate Therapist to provide individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization setting in Lansing, MI. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop treatment plans under licensed supervision.

Candidate must hold a master’s degree in social work, family therapy, counseling, or psychology, with a provisional or full MI clinical

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• Provisional clinical license in Michigan required or eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group and individual therapy sessions as part of an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program.
• Completes session notes, logs, discharge plans and reports per state and payor guidelines.
• Maintains documentation reflecting ongoing assessments of client’s presentation and behaviors.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.

Education

Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology
