Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed master’s level therapist to provide individual and group therapy for adults with complex mental health conditions. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral health.
• Full licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess therapeutic needs and develop treatment plans.
• Act as primary contact and coordinate care with referral sources.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment and discharge plans, and logs.
• Conduct weekly individual and family therapy sessions; monitor interventions.
• Lead specialized groups and mentor interns when appropriate.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships; set boundaries.
• Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and attend meetings.
• Document progress timely and communicate with families/referrals.
