The therapist collaborates with PCPs, coordinates treatment plans, and delivers brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation. The position requires a valid LCSW/LMFT/licensed psychologist, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Four years or more of psychotherapy experience with adults and families.
• Bilingual Spanish–English may be required for some positions.
• Must adhere to agency policies, HIPAA, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with mild to moderate behavioral health needs and co-occurring disorders.
• Deliver brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation.
• Develop treatment plans with the patient and medical team; coordinate services.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and the health center team.
• Meet minimum productivity standards and complete paperwork by deadlines.
