Necco is seeking a Therapist for our Integrated Services Program serving foster care and independent living youth. You will provide therapeutic services across office, school, and home settings, collaborating with the treatment team to reach client goals.

The role emphasizes caseload management, comprehensive assessments, and driving treatment planning from intake to discharge. Strong communication, clinical supervision, and licensure compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and active licensure as applicable by state.
• Experience in child mental health and behavioral challenges.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage caseload and ensure medical necessity for youth.
• Drive treatment planning from intake to discharge.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as required.
• Meet or exceed billable hours.
• Maintain complete client records per regulations.
• Coordinate with foster parents, school personnel, and treatment team.
• Deliver services across in-home and community settings; transport clients as needed.
