Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience working with children, individuals and/or families with emotional or behavioral disabilities.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Bachelor degree in human services from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree with one year paid experience or DCS waiver (Indiana) per job requirements.
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the case coordination of program services under supervision.
• Oversee the development of the ISP.
• Collaborate with case manager in planning treatment program matters.
• Participate in monthly case consultation to review status.
• Transfer caseload to newly hired case managers and mentor them.
• Oversee placement and home assignment processes for new staff.
• Maintain an abbreviated caseload and comply with duties under the Case Manager job description.
• Deliver services across in-home and community settings and travel as needed.
• Supervise intake completion and assessments.
• Assign mentors and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist with client support services and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure therapeutic services are provided as needed and align with culture principles.
