Job summary

Georgia HOPE, part of Health Connect America, seeks a licensed mental health therapist to deliver clinical services to children and families in Georgia. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy across individual, group, and family sessions.

This role may be clinic-based, community-based, or hybrid, with a focus on accessibility, crisis response, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families. Internship experience may count.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions to address a range of mental health needs.
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, and coordinate with emergency supports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources for holistic, coordinated care.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
