Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a Georgia Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services and support positive behavioral health outcomes for children and families.

Your role includes assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and collaboration to promote meaningful change in home, school, and community settings. You’ll work within a team-focused, community-based environment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Minimum two years of experience with children/families, including internships.
• Eligibility for Georgia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify needs and create treatment plans.
• Create and monitor measurable goals tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain engagement, monitor progress, and adjust interventions for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and documentation per standards.
