Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is seeking a Georgia Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. A master's degree and Georgia licensure eligibility are required; experience with children and families is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Must be eligible for Georgia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children and/or families.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, with timely documentation.
• Deliver in-home and community-based services as applicable.
