Job summary

Georgia HOPE, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a Therapist to deliver clinical services that empower individuals and families to navigate challenges and build resilience. You’ll conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop goal‑oriented plans, and provide evidence‑based therapy across individual, group, and family sessions, with hybrid options depending on program needs.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and eligibility for Georgia

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions to address a range of mental health needs.
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment, safety planning, and coordination with emergency supports when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect clients to community resources to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
