The position emphasizes evidence-based interventions, treatment planning, and collaboration with the treatment team to support recovery. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, WI licensure or in-training credentials, and experience with CBT/DBT or family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with healthcare/psychiatric setting experience.
• WI licensure or in-training credential required (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent).
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or family therapy and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Maintain confidential documentation and comply with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical initiatives.
