Job summary

La Frontera Center Inc. (EMPACT-SPC) is seeking therapists to join the EMPACT team in San Tan Valley, AZ. The role delivers individual, family, and group therapy to diverse clients, with a focus on crisis intervention and behavioral health services.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and AZ licensure or eligibility, with experience in community behavioral health and familiarity with Cenpatico/MMIC. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral health field.
Licensure through AzBBHE required or preferred.
Experience in community behavioral health, especially individual & family therapy.
Experience with Cenpatico and MMIC.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy for adults and families, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Maintain client records with intake, assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
Deliver 40 hours of work per week with some evening/weekend hours as needed.
Participate in supervision and collaborate with clinical team and support staff.
Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to agency policies and RBHA/state/federal requirements.
