Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking Licensed Therapists to join our Delmont team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and safety plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Education that leads to or results in professional licensing.

• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to improve client care.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to holistically care for clients.
