New Directions Mental Health is hiring licensed therapists to join our collaborative clinical team in Ambridge, PA. We support emerging and early career therapists as they work toward licensure, with strong supervision and ongoing professional development.

In this role you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop safety and treatment plans, participate in case conferences, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other professionals to improve community mental health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field required.
• Provisional license per state if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists.
