New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our collaborative clinical team in Pennsylvania. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, perform thorough assessments, and develop crisis and wellness plans to support clients’ recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Educated/licensed per state regulations; provisional license if required.
• Professional licensing path or equivalent background for clinical practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and CE.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and other therapists to deliver holistic care.
