Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, is seeking licensed therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to improve community mental health outcomes.

We offer supervision to support licensure, ongoing professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package along with a competitive base compensation per billable unit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFC or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and CE.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality in practice.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and admin staff.
