Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Pittsburgh is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health.

You will work with a clinical team that prioritizes growth and licensure, delivering outpatient therapy and collaborating with psychiatrists and other professionals.You will have supervision opportunities, ongoing education, and a strong support system to practice in a sustainable and personalized way at our clinics serving diverse local communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
