Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Pittsburgh, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy. You will join a supportive clinical team focused on growth, licensure support, and professional development, with supervision and peer collaboration.

The role offers a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location and a base compensation range of $33–$38 per billable unit, with emphasis on sustainable, client-centered care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including free supervision and CE.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
