Job summary

The Staff Pad in Manchester, United States, seeks an experienced Therapist to join its clinic recovery team. You will provide individual counseling, case management, and addiction treatment services within an interdisciplinary care setting, adhering to policies and standards.

This full-time role requires licensure in Tennessee or eligibility within 24 months, a graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake and comprehensive assessments of new patients.
  • Develop an individualized Plan of Care/Treatment Plan for new patients.
  • Provide individual counseling and therapeutic support.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with standards.
  • Coordinate care with outside providers and referrals.

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputablehealthcare organization in Manchester, TN, to hire an experienced Therapist tojoin the clinic recovery team. In this role, you will provide compassionate individualcounseling and case management services, using a variety of substance abusetreatment modalities to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

You will collaborate closely with theinterdisciplinary care team, provide educational and administrative support asneeded, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering toestablished policies and standards.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | 7:30AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Conductintake and comprehensive assessments of new patients
  • Developan individualized Plan of Care/Treatment Plan for new patients
  • Provideindividual counseling and therapeutic support
  • Maintainpatient confidentiality in accordance with applicable standards
  • Coordinatecare with outside providers, including referrals and submission ofrequested documentation
  • Identifypatient needs requiring professional care beyond addiction and recoveryservices, including dual diagnoses
  • Managean appropriate caseload of up to 8–10 patients per day, including requireddocumentation
  • Completeall patient charting within 24 hours of each visit
  • Maintainan organized and professional work area
  • Travelto assigned sites as required
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consultwith physicians and other therapists regarding patient care
  • Returnand respond to phone calls within 24 hours
  • Attendstaff, therapy, and treatment team meetings as directed
What We Are Looking For
Education, Licenses and Certifications
  • Graduatedegree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Clinical Mental HealthCounseling, or a closely related field required
  • ActiveTennessee LCSW or LPC/MHSP license, or eligibility to obtain licensurewithin 24 months of hire
  • Licensureor eligibility for licensure in a closely related field in Tennessee maybe considered
  • Validdriver’s license required
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to participate in randomdrug testing
  • Knowledge of the 12-Step Program
