Job summary

Epiphany Wellness LLC in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide group, individual, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and manage a caseload. You will communicate with families and care partners to coordinate treatment, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery in a full-time role with on-site responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am–9pm CST; Wednesday 8:30am–12:30pm CST. Annual salary range: $60,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health counseling experience.
• Tennessee licensure: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT; LADAC I/II for SUD; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Group facilitation of therapy sessions.
• Individual counseling for clients.
• Crisis intervention when needed.
• Accurate documentation of care.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management across providers.
