Epiphany Wellness in Hendersonville, TN is hiring a Primary Therapist for a full-time on-site role. The position involves leading group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive documentation to support recovery goals.

The role requires a Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field, at least 1 year of mental health counseling experience, and specific Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) and SUD credentials; CPR certification is preferred.

We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing.

This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy.

The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday(s) - 9am to 9pm CST and Wednesday(s) - 8:30am to 12:30pm CST

Annual Salary Range:

$60,000-75,000
