Job summary

Montello-Care-Center is seeking a licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) to provide patient and resident care under the direct supervision of the Therapy Director. The role emphasizes safety, timely delivery of care, and clear communication with patients, families, and the health team.

This position offers a competitive compensation of $25-$35 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved OTA education program.
• Must be licensed in the state, if applicable.
• Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/resident care under direct supervision of Therapy Director.
• Communicate with patients, residents, families and health team members.
• Ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care.
• Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
• Thorough knowledge of payer documentation and payment requirements.
