East Troy Manor in East Troy, WI is seeking a Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) to deliver patient care under the supervision of the Therapy Director. You will perform assigned tasks to ensure timely, safe care and communicate with patients, residents, families and health team members.

This on-site role offers flexible scheduling with days, PMs and weekends; benefits include health and dental insurance, life coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State PTA/OTA registry or applicable licensing body.
• Must be English literate with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must meet physical and job-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Graduate of an approved PTA/OTA education program.
• Licensed, if applicable, in the practicing state.
• Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal programs.
• Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
• Communicate effectively within department and facility.
• Know principles and equipment used in the practice.
• Understand multidisciplinary practice scopes in outpatient or long-term care.
• Understand payer source documentation and payment requirements.
• Use analytical skills to develop outcome-driven solutions.
