Job summary

Red Oak Recovery Center is seeking Therapists to provide direct clinical support across campuses in Leicester, Fletcher, and Ellenboro, NC. The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure or license eligibility, with responsibilities including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing therapy.

We offer a clinician-run environment with a focus on family involvement, addiction treatment, and experiential therapies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human service field is required.
• Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy preferred.
• Experience with experiential therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment goals using client input and strengths.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to help clients overcome challenges.
• Produce assessments, treatment plans, and records promptly.
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a treatment team.
• Enter and upload all documentation to EMR within one week of service.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $72,500.00 Annually

Red Oak Recovery Center is a clinician-run treatment program with three campuses established to serve the needs of our clients. Our treatment facilities are located in Leicester, Fletcher,and Ellenboro, NC. Each campus offers a unique blend of clinical rehabilitation, 12 step addiction recovery, proven addiction therapy services, family counseling, and experiential and adventure therapy. • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
• Accurately assess clients and develop individualized treatment goals, using client input, and client strengths, abilities, needs and preferences
• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming challenges
• Produce assessments, treatment plans, and other records in a timely manner
• Work in collaboration with other professionals as part of a treatment team
• Complete and upload all documentation to EMR within one week of service or as indicated by supervisor
• Complete pre-admission assessments, clinical assessments, treatment plans, weekly progress notes, group notes, discharge summaries and transition plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals
• Initiate appropriate referrals to aftercare programs
• Utilization review and ASAM for insurance companies

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human service field
• Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible
• Experience in facilitating group therapy
• Experience with experiential therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and LCAS or pursuing LCAS
• Dully licensed in both addiction and mental health treatment (or willing to seek both)
• Experience working with adults in an eco-therapeutic setting
