Job summary

New Hope Treatment Centers in Beaver, WV seeks a Team Supervisor to lead and maintain a residential milieu, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents. The role provides direct supervision of staff and oversees daily operations.

You will supervise shift meetings, monitor staff performance, coach and counsel, participate in staff development, and assist in hiring. On-call coverage is required to maintain ratio, with crisis de-escalation training and safe restraint

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, if transportation or community coordination is required.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and any state-mandated employment clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the residential milieu to ensure a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.
• Provide direct supervision and support to residential staff; oversee daily operations and staff performance.
• Attend and oversee shift meetings; ensure proper documentation of incident reports.
• Coach and counsel staff; participate in staff development and in-service training.
• Assist in hiring Residential Counselors and Team Leads; on-call coverage to maintain staffing ratios.
