Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to help families in home-based therapy settings. The role offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work week, supportive team and opportunities to earn higher pay rates.

You will support clinicians by implementing treatment plans, working with families, and helping clients achieve functional goals in home and community settings. Bilingual opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinicians treatment plan and work with clients and families to achieve in-home therapy goals.
• Work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician to implement care plans.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Fee-for-Service: $25 to $40 per hour
