Job summary

Northeast Family Services (NFS) seeks a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to join our team in Massachusetts. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, supporting clients and their families in achieving in-home therapy goals, and working under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (required).
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral–emotional disorders or ASD.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinician’s treatment plan implementation and work with clients and family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals.
• Work under supervision of a licensed Clinician to treat behavioral needs and improve family functioning.
• Collaborate with clients and families to ensure effective support in home and community settings.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. Summer Fun Fridays

Qualifications

Compensation

• Full‑time salary: $42,000 – $52,000; incentive rate: $40 / hour over productivity
• Fee‑for‑service rate: $25 – $40 / hour
