Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) in Springfield, MA, to make a difference in the lives of families. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field is required.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work just 4 days a week — and enjoy a 3-day weekend, every weekend!! Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS — while enjoying the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team!

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-time Salary: $42,000 - $52,000; Incentive Rate: $40 / hour over productivity
• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
