Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) in Lowell, MA, to make a real difference in families' lives. You'll work under a licensed Clinician to implement treatment plans and assist families in achieving therapy goals for clients with behavioral needs.

This position offers a flexible work week and allows you to earn between $25 and $40 per hour, supporting families while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is mandatory.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan.
• Work with families to achieve therapy goals.
• Provide in-home support for clients.

The Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in‑home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients' successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese: Required
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

Compensation

• Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
