Responsibilities

• Assist members with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Assist in planning and facilitation of therapeutic recreational programs.
• Serve meals and snacks; clear tables and assist with feeding.
• Observe changes in member condition and escalate concerns.
• Maintain clean, disinfected program areas and equipment.
• Ensure member safety; maintain a sanitary, welcoming center.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and staff.
• Participate in meetings; collaborate with cross-functional team.
• Follow policies, safety laws, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
